Amazingly enough, our attendance number was enough to win the coveted Warren Agry '41 Award for attendance by a non 5th or 50th reunion class.  (1988 was NOT happy with us)... Way to represent '83!

Still A Champion

Peter Geary is hitting his stride; as a realtor in Hilton Head, as a volunteer at this weeks RBC Heritage golf tournament and especially on the pickle ball court!

"Geary Group HHI, "The Pickleball Realtor", took home gold in Men's Doubles and Mixed Doubles at the Low Country Pickleball Classic in Sun City!  Oh, and he was RE/MAX Island Realty's #1 in March 2023 sales! -- (From FB)

Deerfield surpassed it's goal for 1000 donors on the Day of Giving with 1,104 donors and $592,932 raised.

Our class contributed $5,322 from 21 donors.

We're focused on 50% participation from our class in this 40th reunion year, so please consider a gift to DA between now and the reunion June 9 and 10, 2023.

• Any reunion classes who reach at least 50% donor participation by June 30 will have a bench named for them on campus—if ’83 makes that goal, JK proposed putting it by the Class of ’83 path behind the Little Brown House!

It's shaping up to be another great weekend for the Class of '83. Aside from the usual fun of hanging out on the beautiful campus, celebrating at the clambake, and checking out some interesting alumni presentations (including one by our very own Adam Feiges), we're hoping to schedule a few extra meet-ups for our classmates on Friday, June 9. Sean Nottage and Matt Calman connected in Nassau recently while Matt was in port during a Thanksgiving week cruise. Matt’s now, amongst other things, a college professor. Ask him about it!
