From weekend organizer Craig Pattee:
A small but mighty crew of our classmates are only now recovering from our First Annual Class of '83 Ski Weekend. Peter Crow, Adam Feiges, Geoff Bennett (and son), Doug Cruikshank, and Hank LeMieux joined Craig Pattee and son Mack in Jackson Hole recently for a few days of skiing and shenanigans. Conditions weren't great — more reminiscent of the old days skiing at Berkshire East (read: “icy and mediocre”), but the skiing was still excellent — after all, skiing only has a little bit to do with the snow!
All had a blast reconnecting: Hank taught us all about expensive tequila; Adam taught us all about fine ribeyes, Peter brought a urologist and an ER doc with him (always handy), Geoff brought his son (helping reaffirm our faith in the future) and Doug brought his wit (of little value). Great meals were had as well as plenty of laughs. Stories were told. Parenting and marital advice was shared. Putin was psychoanalyzed. Politics was avoided.
So we plan to make this an annual tradition and will move it up a few weeks to find a date that works better for more of our brethren. Stay tuned!
